Sorry folks, last week we mentioned we will be closed to the public this Thursday... well we’ve got a little update on Thursday’s hours!

While we do have a private party booked, it’ll be happening in the Grain Room only — so no worries there. We’ll still be open to the public in the Bier Stube as we host Middleton Night Out for the Ice Age Alliance Annual Conference.

🍻 FUN FACT FRIDAY (with a little brewery history twist):
On this day back in 1986—bright and early at 6:30am—we mashed in our very first beer. That’s right… before the sun was fully up, the kettles were already working their magic.

40 years later, we’re still brewing, still pouring, and still raising a glass with all of you. 🍺

Here’s to early mornings, great beer, and a whole lot of good times along the way. Prost! 🍻
