Bier Stube

The Bier Stube is a cozy room where you can drop by for a beer or sample our offerings after a tour. The Stube is a non-smoking facility, and the whole family is welcome here.

The Bier Stube is open to the public on Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, October through mid-May. (Hours vary during the month of December, as the Bier Stube is used for private holiday parties.)

You may rent the Bier Stube for private parties Sunday through Tuesday during the winter season. During the summer season, the Stube is also available for rent on a case-by-case basis, depending on what other events are happening at the brewery.

Winter Bier Stube Hours:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
