Maibock

A bock beer with a beautiful, deep golden hue. Very smooth, this beer has great depth of character, and is an excellent beer to celebrate the end of winter and beginning of spring. ABV 6.2%

Available February through April.

Fest

Bright golden yello. Frothy pale tan head. Medium bodied with mild bitterness. Well-balanced hop bitters showing through. Crisp and refreshing. ABV 5.6%

Oktoberfest

A traditional marzen style beer with a gorgeous firey dark orange color. Oktoberfest emphasizes a rich malt character. A great way to fortify oneself as the nights start to get cooler. ABV 5.5%

Available August through October.

Winter Skål

A pleasingly warming beer with its amber hue showing off its rich malt heritage. Mildly bittered with a smooth hop flavor complementing the malt. Winter Skål makes a person welcome the onslaught of the cold. ABV 5.5%

Prairie Gold

Summer Seasonal 2008 - This is Belgian Blonde ale has a unique, spicy flavor. It is moderate in body. Kirby has used nearly 300 pounds of sugar to boost the strength to an ABV of 6.7%.

June-July 2008. Currently in hibernation.

Wild Rice

Summer Seasonal 2009 - This is a beer unlike any other. Wild Rice adds a unique flavor, defying conventional expectations, yet is extremely drinkable. This brew offers a fruity/nutty flavor that is quite refreshing. ABV 5.4%
