Retired Brews |
After researching brewing styles from the turn of the last century, Capital has created an outstanding, mild, American-style beer. This pilsner beer came from an old Wisconsin recipe, circa 1900, and had a smoothness that the big beer companies envied. Retired 2006. |
A unique beer, Kloster Weizen was a true Bavarian style Weizen beer. Intentionally cloudy (hefe weizen) in appearance, this beer had a "spicy" flavor and was very refreshing. Retired 2006. |
