Donation & Sponsorship Requests

Capital Brewery has been a part of the Madison/Middleton community for over 25 years. Being located in the "Good Neighbor" city we try to uphold our Good Neighbor status by helping out organizations in need.

If you are involved with a non-profit organization and would like to request a donation or sponsorhsip please fill out our request form. Keep in mind that we receive numerous requests throughout the year and cannot fulfill every request that comes through.

Please review our guidelines before filling out the request form...

1. We will only accept requests from the online form (please do not call or send letters)

2. All requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the date needed

3. Your organization must be a non-profit and be able to provide the proper tax ID #

4. Organizations that are affiliated with minors (schools or sporting groups) or religious affiliations do not qualify

5. The Capital Brewery Co. Inc. assumes no responsibility for an event outside of the Brewery

6. Please ensure you have the proper permit(s) to dispense beer at your event by contacting your local law enforcement agency
