ABOUT CAPITAL BREWERY CYCLING CLUB

The 2011 season has ended. We hope to resume riding spring of 2012 in April or May. Stay tuned for the 2012 schedule.

We have a variety of members, from soft peddlers, to hard racers, representing every level of fitness and ability. Some of us go for training, companionship, or a good-natured race. Some of us ride just to get out of the house. And others of us ride for a well-deserved beer after the ride. Regardless of the reason, all rides are fun!

All rides begin and end at Capital Brewery. Tuesday and Thursday rides start  at 6:00pm. Our partners at Trek provide sag support on our evening rides.  Tuesday and Thursday rides are about 20 miles, unless you ride the Short Pour Tour, which is a 10 mile route on the Pheasant Branch/US Hwy 12 bike path.

One of the club favorites is the "Supper Club" ride which is a 20 mile loop that takes you west of Middleton to Cross Plains, north of Middleton and back to Capital Brewery. You will cover a diverse and beautiful landscape which includes a couple of wonderful hills.
