Our Beers

Annuals

Our annual beers can be enjoyed all year round. Currently Capital Brewery is producing seven annual beers with the eighth annual set to release on April 1, 2013; Wisconsin Amber, Supper Club, Island Wheat, Capital Dark, Capital Pilsner, Pale Ale and Hop Cream. And yes the rumor is true an IPA from Capital is in the works.

Limited Release

Our Limited Release beers are Blonde Doppelbock and Autumnal Fire. Two of our most notorious brews available for a very limited period of time each year.

Seasonals

Our seasonal beers are available at selected times throughout the year. The current seasonal brew is our Spring Seasonal - Maibock; only available for February thru April. We just finished brewing our summer seasonal Lake House, which will be available May 1, 2013.

NEW! Capsized

Join us on our maiden IPA voyage. SIX unique hops give this beer an assertive bitterness and upfront hop aroma that are balanced by a subtle but noticeable malt sweetness. Put on a life vest ...you're about the be CAPSIZED!

CAPITAL SQUARE 22OZ BOMBER SERIES

The Capital Square 22oz Bomber Series is a unique way for the brewery to experiment and share new styles, or variations of existing beers. Offered only occasionally, these one-of-a-kind beers will be in short supply and available for a limited time. All will exhibit the full-flavored characteristics of all Capital Brewery beers which will be sure to intrigue both the connoisseur and the everyday beer lover.
